What this app stores, and what it does not.
A signup stores your name, email, phone, birth date, and address with a random browser token. The typed birth date is not proof of age. Stripe Identity checks a photo ID and a selfie. SourcePoll stores only whether Stripe said the person is 18 or older. It does not store the picture, the ID number, or the document.
A counted mark would store a random browser token, the preference, and the state returned by the identity check. A president mark is counted in that state and in the federal total. It is not copied into any other state. The document, the photograph, and the Social Security number stay with the identity provider. They are not copied here.
The $10 year fee would be handled by a card processor. SourcePoll would not store the card number.
Marks are not sold. They are not sealed to a chain in this version. Tallies are visible to people who have paid for the year.
The rules for use are on the Terms.
