Terms

These are the rules for using SourcePoll. They are not a ballot and not a lawyer’s filing.

SourcePoll is an interactive political app. Participation does not elect anyone or speak for an official result.

Participation is for people age 18 or older. A choice can be made before verification. It joins the public tally, and a comment is reviewed, only after that check. For a person that check is $10 a year. For a candidate it is $990 a year or $99 a month.

You may not use the app to harass a person, pretend to be a candidate, or present a tally as the electorate.

Office text, bill status, and filings come from public records. They can be late or incomplete. A missing name is not a claim that the person is not running.

The privacy rules are on the Privacy page.
